With more than three decades of experience, Adarsh brings a strong blend of industry, consulting, and leadership expertise to the organizations he works with. He has worked closely with MSMEs, SMEs, startups, and family-run companies—helping them solve practical business challenges, build stronger operations, and create sustainable growth.

Adarsh began his career with well-known Indian companies such as Escorts Limited, Thermax Limited, and Inox Limited, taking on key managerial responsibilities early on. He later moved into senior leadership roles, heading the Sales, Marketing, and Commercial functions at Demag Cranes & Components and Terex Corporation. His most recent assignment was with Anthea Aromatics, where he served as Head – Supply Chain Management (SCM). In this role, he was responsible for overall procurement for ongoing operations as well as new projects, driving value optimization throughout the supply chain.

Across his career, Adarsh has led several consulting and advisory engagements, supporting businesses with scaling up operations, turning growth plans into practical, executable strategies, strengthening day-to-day operations and systems, improving cash flow, liquidity, and working capital, post-merger integration & enhancing financial discipline and commercial decision-making.

Known for his structured yet practical approach, Adarsh combines his background as a Mechanical Engineer and MBA with deep hands-on experience. This helps him bring clarity, discipline, and real-world problem solving to every engagement.
